Food Diary: Week of March 15th - March 21st

    This weekend , I went to visit my brother for my nephews 3rd birthday. As a result, I didn't check my blood pressure through the weekend. However, I did log most of what I ate still and though it's mostly not good, I'm going to be honest about what I ate. Spoiler, not a lot of water.

    I didn't log anything for Thursday. I had an appointment for bloodwork in the morning so I had to fast and then forgot to log anything for the entire day. Pretty sure I had cereal for breakfast but I can't remember so I'm going to move onto Friday.

    Overall, I think this was a pretty successful week. No week is perfect and I drank more soda than I have in awhile over the week while I was with my brother but thats fine because I'll make up for it this week. I am going to enjoy my family when I can and stay focused when I also can. I don't usually drink as much water out of town anyway, I'm used to my water.
