Food Diary: Week of March 1st - March 7th

    I am going to be better going forward about listing what KIND of chips, cereal, yogurt, ect because I didn't think about that when I was making this list. Everything takes time to get perfect. Also stay tuned for a grocery post where I show pictures of what I buy! For now, here is my weekly food diary.

    Obviously I'm not going out every weekend but this weekend I had plans set in motion for awhile. Jennifer and I wanted to see Chaos Walking Saturday and we also made plans the following day with her friend and boyfriend. Generally Jennifer and I like to try a new recipe every week or sometimes we will just make something we really like but still cook at home. I am just thrilled that I got through my first week. I wasn't as easy as I had hoped but it certainly isn't hard. With time, I will get it down. Last thing I will say, if I drank water with my meal, I won't mention a beverage. When I show milk, soda, ect...That is a meal I didn't have water with (unless mentioned).
