Food Diary: Week of March 8th - March 14th

    I'm going to be honest from the start, this was a bad week. I ate out more than I should have, forgot to check my blood pressure before breakfast for the last half of the week and I also drank soda more than once. I'm human but as I acknowledge that, I also know that we are reaching spring weather very quickly and in doing so, I am hoping I can counteract my decisions in food with added exercise in the nice weather we are hopefully about to have. Until then, these food diaries might be more revealing about my habits than I'd like to share or admit but I will continue them nevertheless.

    I still made a ton of mistakes this week and also forgot to write everything down. This is only the beginning but that doesn't mean I'll shy away from the truth that I ate some bad foods. That being said, I will keep track this next week and report back with another food diary.
